Finest quality beniano cacao from the Bolivian amazon. Rare + ancient species of cacao that grows wild in the rainforest. Hand collected, fermented and sun-dried by native people in the jungle. HOW TO PREPARE
To make 1 mug, carefully chop and weigh your desired amount of cacao (10-20g standard brew, 42g shamanic dose, but listen to your body). Add chopped cacao to a pan on a very low heat, and stir until melted. Slowly add in 250ml plantbased milk or water and 1 tbsp natural sweetener (if desired). Turn up to a medium heat and whisk until the cacao has dissolved and the brew has thickened. Blend for added creaminess. Pour into your favourite mug. Enjoy!
