An honour serving mama Cacao alongside this angel as always and to introduce this wonderful plant to lots of new women.
I was guided to simply call in Cacao rather than drink the medicine myself and to join in with the yin practice. And this was exactly what I needed. In my experience, it’s important to tune into such subtle intuitive signs when working with sacred plants and practices.
Held by the plant and Emma, I was able to deeply relax and rest, allowing lots of stored memories to be released from fascia, colourful past life visions and ancient rememberings to surface, and plenty of guidance from the unseen to come through now they had me quiet and still for a moment after a busy week.

The most poignant of which were potent downloads on the principle of sacred reciprocity. Reminders of the dynamics of energy exchange. Valuing and respecting both our own offerings and that of other people, plants, animals, planets, and all of the weird and wonderful beings. Remembering to give as we receive (and to receive as we give!), and ensure the exchange is fair.
During a nightmare journey home, I made some tangible and passionate commitments to several of my guides that I’ll be integrating into the way Ahimsa works as well as how I channel the energy that flows through me ins general. We’ll be valuing our sacred work (no more gifting so much Cacao, I love to share her freely but that one was clear) and creating boundaries around the energetic purity of our offerings.
Feeling super grateful to all who supported me today. There’s much more that could be said but I’m sleepy and honouring my need to rest deep. Big love all beings xo (Note to self remember to be fully grounded before driving home in unfamiliar countryside whilst in post yin bliss )
