Refund and Returns Policy

We do not accept returns. However, we do offer refunds and replacements for any faulty products. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if there are any issues with your order and we will be happy to help.

We can only offer refunds on items when there is an issue with the product. If you would like a refund or exchange, please send an email within 30 days of receiving your order with the following: your name, which products you would like refunded and why, and a photograph as evidence of the fault.

Once your email has been received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
