HOMEGROWN SPEARMINT LOOSE LEAF TEA

ABOUT

Homegrown heirloom variety loose leaf mint tea. Refreshing and soothing, great after a meal.

 

BREW

Tea for one – add 1 tsp – 1 tbsp (depending on desire strength) to strainer or teabag. Pour over 250ml of 1oo°c water.  Allow to steep for 4 minutes or so. Strain and serve with sweetener if desired.

Spearmint leaves.
