British grown chia, flax, and camelina seeds, organic medjool dates, organic and gluten-free oat flour, British puffed quinoa, unwaxed lemon zest, lilac flowers and local sugar, organic coconut oil, blue butterfly pea flour, organic spirulina powder, natural nettle powder.
STORAGE
We recommend storing in the fridge once opened for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months (we actually like them best when eaten straight out of the freezer!).
