ABOUT
Cultivated for at least 5,000 years, spelt is a truly ancient local grain with a a delicious nutty flavour with tones of toasted almond, light brown walnut, toffee, and caramel. This pasta is made using stone-ground flour of carefully selected British-grown organic spelt. Produced and dried at low temperatures to maintain the flavour and nutrition.
NUTRITION
Spelt is higher in protein and zinc than regular wheat, and contains calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, selenium, vitamins B1, B6, and E. Including this grain supports digestive and cardiovascular health.
